The classic Switchback in a much lighter 1.1 breathable ripstop nylon with a breathable taffeta liner. Coming in at about 26 oz.(un-rigged), this is a dream to carry. This hammock features dual full length zippers, dual pockets, interior loops sewn in the channel at the "peak" to secure a pillow, clothes bag, gear bag etc. The bug net has loops sewn to the inside to accommodate an 1/16" interior "clothes line" which is installed. The bugnet suspension allows the net to be deployed with spreader bars or without (not included). There are two ribbon ties installed on the net suspension to allow the net to be tied up out of the way when not needed. This also allows the use of the PeaPod or PolarPod. The zipper pulls have reflective cord installed for easy location in low light or nighttime situations. It glows brightly under a headlamp or flashlight. There are four exterior side tie-outs with D-rings to maximize interior space, and to provide attachment points for underquilts. The channels are triple stitched for strength and durability. The Switchback comes equipped with net suspension (shock cord & light line), 6' shock cord with adjusters on two exterior side tie-outs. "Bishop Bag" style stuff sack is included.
